Cancellation Policy: 97% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

All guests must sign renters agreement prior to stay. There will also be a $100 security deposit hold put on your credit card. This is NOT a charge, rather a hold which will be released 3 days after your departure as long as the agreement was followed.
